Why is EDM different?

As an established London-based cleaning company, we understand high standards, providing exceptional cleaning services and outstanding customer service from our committed, highly trained staff. We also assign a dedicated Contracts Manager to each client and give access to our bespoke online communication and ordering facility.

Do you offer cleaning services at a time to suit us?

Yes – all of our clients will receive a bespoke service level agreement based on their own requirements, and that includes when we carry out any work. We undertake an initial site visit with one of our experienced Contracts Managers (who you will have access to throughout your contract). Together, we will discuss your needs and recommend the best, most appropriate solution.

We need a one-off clean, can you help?

Our services are varied; we can offer a regular contract, a one-off clean or specialist service such as an ‘after builders’ clean or high level window clean.  Ultimately, our services are tailored to meet your needs. Are your cleaners trustworthy?

At EDM Cleaning we understand the importance of security and the safety of your premises.  All of our cleaners have been thoroughly vetted and have either been with us for a long time or come highly recommended. Each individual goes through a comprehensive induction process and has access to the necessary policies and procedures that we implement as a company, along with ongoing training.

We run regular audits at each client’s premises to ensure the highest standards are being met at all times, along with one-off spot checks which are all documented through our online management system. More importantly, however, we know that our staff are proud of the job they do, taking great care in delivering a service that is second to none. At EDM, we pride ourselves on the quality of our staff and the care they take in their work.

How do we contact the cleaners if we wish to make any changes?

Each client will be allocated a dedicated Area Manager who manages the day-to-day cleaning. On-site, we leave a communication book in which you can write comments or make requests for the regular cleaner to review when they visit.  Should you need to contact us sooner, our office and out-of-hours contact details will be provided in your client pack.

Do you use environmentally-friendly products?

We recognise our responsibility to the environment and as such we use products which are green wherever possible, provided the client is in agreement. We update our environmental policy when necessary and are always looking at ways to protect the environment whilst still providing outstanding cleaning to our clients across our wide range of services.
